At Instant ID (NumTracker), we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our one-time $9.99 service fee.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
  • You are unable to access the Service due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the Service

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • The tracking link recipient chose not to share their location (the Service requires recipient consent)
  • The SMS was delivered successfully but the recipient did not respond
  • You have already used the Service to send tracking links and view location data
  • More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information: your email address used for purchase, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
