By accessing or using the Instant ID service ("Service"), operated under the brand name NumTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Instant ID.
Instant ID provides a consent-based phone location tracking service. The Service allows users to send a tracking link via SMS to a phone number. The recipient must explicitly consent to sharing their location before any location data is collected. The Service includes phone number lookup, SMS delivery, GPS location capture (with recipient consent), and location display on an interactive map.
To use the Service, you must complete a one-time payment of $9.99 USD. Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with third parties. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The Service operates on a strict consent-based model. When a tracking link is sent to a recipient, the recipient must voluntarily open the link and explicitly grant permission to share their location. No location data is collected without the recipient's active consent. You acknowledge that the recipient may decline to share their location at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Location data collected through the Service is stored securely and is accessible only to the account holder who initiated the tracking request.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Instant ID and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data or the delivery of SMS messages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
